Heavyweight Cookie Co.’s drop list shares cookie lineups, ordering announcements, availability updates and occasional offers by text.

Joining the list

Provide your first name and mobile number and select the SMS consent checkbox to receive marketing texts. Joining the list is optional and does not reserve a box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages and costs

Message frequency varies with our drop schedule. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. We currently send drop announcements manually; submitting the form does not place an order or charge your card.

Stopping texts or getting help

Reply STOP to a Heavyweight drop text to opt out. We record opt-outs and exclude those numbers from later marketing messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@heavyweightcookies.com. You can also use that email if you change your number or need your signup details corrected.

Your information

We use your signup details and consent record to manage the list and communicate with you. See our privacy policy for information about how customer information is handled.

Orders and pickup

Drop-list membership is separate from ordering and pickup. An order confirmation provides the details for your purchased box or Fight Pass. Opting out of marketing does not cancel an existing order.
