Can I choose my flavors?

Each drop’s 4-pack is that week’s fight card—a set lineup, with The Contender slot rotating every drop. It’s part of the fun: you’re judging the whole card, and scorecards decide whether a Contender earns a permanent spot.

Where and when is pickup?

Broomfield, Colorado, Saturday, October 31 from 12–2 PM. Detailed directions are emailed after purchase. Text on arrival and we bring your box to your car.

Do you ship?

Not yet. We’re pickup-only in Broomfield for now. Shipping is in the plans—join the list for updates.

What about allergies?

Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contact is possible. Check each cookie’s ingredient label; these cookies are not suitable for customers who need an allergen-free kitchen.

How does the Fight Pass work?

It’s a prepaid three-drop reservation: one four-cookie box plus an extra Contender cookie at each included pickup. Pay once. You don’t need to order another box for those dates. See the pass page for the included pickup schedule.

What if I can’t make pickup?

Text the number in your confirmation email. We can hold your box until Sunday at 6 PM by arrangement. Once per customer, you may instead move one missed box to a future drop with space; arrange it by Sunday at 6 PM. An agreed credit is recorded against your name.

Can I order for an office event or a big group?

Yes — big orders are our favorite kind of fight. Email hello@heavyweightcookies.com with the headcount and date, and we’ll build you a card. For anything else — questions, special requests, a cookie emergency — same inbox, or DM @heavyweightcookies. A human answers.
